Mentorship
Mentorship is at the center of our culture. While the word "mentorship" gets tossed around way too often in our society, most individuals do not have access to business mentorship to create meaningful results. Based on our experience, having a balance between independence and guidance has proven to be the difference maker
for entrepreneurs.
Personal growth
Personal development is a part of our DNA. We specialize in the creation of custom and detailed business plans that position you to reach and exceed identified short-term and long-term performance and profit objectives. We recommend a list of books and podcasts that top business leaders have studied to achieve their inner best. This has been an essential part of grooming our leadership. After all, leaders are readers.

At Validus, we work as a united front to ensure individual business goals for our associates are met. Our aim is to identify ways to create more independence and freedom in our day-to-day lives whether the focus is tangible (financial) or intangible (time). Our partners and associates enjoy a high degree of autonomy while also being held accountable for upholding high business standards and values.
Entrepreneurship
Prior to the Industrial Revolution, our ancestors were required to be entrepreneurs to survive and thrive. In the modern days, most of us are trained to think like employees and entitled to a “steady” paycheck. While many of our partners and associates are risk adverse, we do not shy away from executing an entrepreneurial spirit outside of our full-time careers to develop different streams of asset generated income. There’s a difference between a business owner and an entrepreneur, which one are you?
